Hourly work is a reaction. This subscription is proactive. It gives you ongoing, risk-reducing legal support with predictable monthly billing.
Extra time is billed at a discount of our standard hourly rate, and only after you approve the additional work.
Yes. The Starter plan is specifically designed for startups, small businesses, and new partnerships, LLCs, and corporations with limited legal needs.
Yes. While we have tax personnel within our team, we collaborate with your financial, tax, and operational professionals whenever needed.
Plans are month-to-month with a 30-day notice required to pause or cancel the subscription. We are subject to ethics duties and cannot prejudice your interests.
• Slots are limited to protect response times and maintain quality assurance
• The subscription fee is considered earned upon receipt and compensates Tarro Law Associates for availability of services and preclusion of other work, not just the actual hours worked
• Unused hours do not carry forward
• Upgrade (if capacity permits) or downgrade anytime with go-day written request
• Cancellation: 30 days' notice: we'll finish in-flight tasks up to hours balance or move to an hourly fee
• Subscription fee is auto-billed monthly in advance for availability to reserved concierge services, access to hourly billable rate discounts, and priority access to business lawyers
• Included hours are an "up to" amount
• Overage hours are billed at your discounted member hourly billable rate
• There is a 3% processing fee for credit card payment processing
• Hourly billable rates range from $275 to 450/hr as of January 1, 2026
• Access hourly usage records any time in your dedicated client portal
• 1-hour strategy sessions held on membership anniversary (e.g. every 3rd month for quarterly)
• Third-party fees are billed at cost when incurred and are in addition to the listed rate.
• We may cancel at any time for any reason
• Attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
• Specialty matters (e.g., litigation, bankruptcy, employment, IP) are handled by approved specialist lawyers under our oversight, subject to separate scopes as needed
• No attorney client relationship exists with the firm until we receive a countersigned engagement letter and conduct conflicts
clearance.
