ANSWERING 24/7 | HABLAMOS ESPAÑOL
While others say justice for all, we say justice for you.
A collision with a tractor-trailer on I-95, Route 146, or the Route 6 connector is not a car accident with a bigger vehicle. There is a carrier, a driver, federal safety rules, and an insurer whose investigators are often on scene the same day. Ours should be too.

Most claims come down to three questions. If the answer to all three is yes, it is worth a conversation, and the conversation costs nothing.
A tractor-trailer, box truck, dump truck, delivery van, or any vehicle operated for a business. Commercial carriers answer to rules private drivers do not.
Truck crashes tend to cause the injuries that change lives: spinal, brain, crush, and burn injuries. The claim has to be valued over a lifetime, not a recovery period.
Driver logs, electronic logging data, and dashcam footage can be legally overwritten within weeks. A preservation letter stops the clock.
What we do for you
From the first call to the final payment, this is what working with us looks like.
Tell us what happened. We tell you whether there is a claim, and we say so plainly if there is not.
Every call, letter, and recorded-statement request goes through us from the first day. You speak to no adjuster alone.
Preservation letters, camera footage, and witness accounts are secured before they disappear, usually within days.
We track every bill, record, and lost workday while you concentrate on treatment.
The contingency fee is set out in writing before we start. If there is no recovery, no attorney's fee is owed.
Phone, email, and the client portal, with a lawyer who knows your file. Hablamos español.
Truck Accidents
Formal notice to the carrier to preserve the electronic logging device, engine control module data, dashcam footage, driver logs, dispatch records, and the vehicle itself.
Hours worked before the crash, qualification file, training, prior violations, and post-crash drug and alcohol testing the carrier was required to perform.
Maintenance history, inspection reports, cargo loading records, and whether the company's dispatch pressure contributed to a fatigued or speeding driver.
Where fault is contested, an accident reconstruction expert uses the physical evidence and vehicle data to establish speed, braking, and position.
Compensation
Not every category applies to every case. Which ones apply to yours depends on the injury, the evidence, and the insurance available.
Emergency care, hospital stays, and surgery
Ongoing treatment, therapy, and medication
Projected future medical care
Wages lost while unable to work
Reduced earning capacity going forward
Property damage
Physical pain, during recovery and after
Emotional distress and loss of sleep
Scarring and disfigurement
Loss of the activities that made life yours
Loss of companionship within a marriage
Through the responsible party's insurance
Through your own uninsured or underinsured coverage where it applies
By settlement, or by verdict if a fair settlement is refused
With every deduction itemized in writing before you sign
Right now
What you do in the first days affects what the claim is worth months later. None of this requires hiring anyone.
1
Get full medical care
Truck crash injuries are often internal. Follow every referral and keep every record.
2
Call police and get the report number
The report will identify the carrier and its insurer, which you will need.
3
Photograph the truck and its markings
The company name, DOT number, trailer number, and license plates, plus the scene and your vehicle.
4
Say nothing to the carrier's investigator
Trucking insurers often send representatives to the scene or the hospital. You are not required to speak with them.
5
Call a lawyer quickly
Not because of the three-year deadline, but because carriers may legally discard logs and footage in a matter of weeks.

Common questions
Potentially the driver, the trucking company, the cargo loader, the trailer owner, a maintenance contractor, and in some cases a parts manufacturer. Identifying every responsible party is one of the first tasks, because each one brings its own insurance.
Carriers often classify drivers that way to limit liability. Federal rules and Rhode Island law can still hold the carrier responsible for a driver operating under its authority. The paperwork rarely ends the question.
Three years from the crash in most cases. The practical deadline is much shorter, because the electronic evidence that proves these cases can be destroyed long before then.
A formal written demand that the carrier keep specific evidence, such as driver logs and dashcam footage, rather than following its routine deletion schedule. Once sent, destroying that evidence can itself be held against the carrier.
No. Truck accident cases are handled on a contingency fee. The consultation is free, there is no hourly billing, and the fee is a percentage of any recovery set out in a written agreement. If there is no recovery, no attorney's fee is owed.
