Michael A. Tarro is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience representing personal injury and estate planning clients across Rhode Island and Florida. As founder of

Tarro Law Associates, PC, he has built a reputation for trusted advocacy—securing millions in verdicts and settlements for accident victims and families.

Michael has achieved results in high-stakes cases, including a multi-million-dollar wrongful death verdict for a motor vehicle accident victim and successful representation of multiple plaintiffs injured in party bus collisions. His estate planning practice spans wills, trusts, probate matters, and asset protection strategies, helping families preserve generational wealth with clarity and confidence.

Before becoming an attorney, Michael worked as a bank auditor and licensed funeral director, continuing his family’s legacy at A. Tarro & Sons Funeral Home, a century-old institution in Rhode Island. He brings a rare combination of financial precision, deep empathy, and legal expertise to every case.

Michael earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and graduated valedictorian from Bryant University. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Florida.

Outside of law, he’s a proud father of three, a lifelong Patriots fan, and enjoys recharging in the Florida sun.
